Blackberry after sale support not so good !

Hello,
I had a terrible time with blackberry call center executive and the service center technician. Everything was alright until I saw my mobile handset handover / delivery after repair bill. It mentioned my Blackberry pin incorrectly, I informed the technician to change it, he told me to call; call center again and raise a new complaint ( after checking my phone, removing all battery, Sim card, memory card and taking my phone to send it to repair to Bangalore). There was no co-ordination between the technician and the call center executive. Technician at service center will not inform you what documents you have to submit in advance, this being my second visit at blackberry service center. It was a complete mess at the Blackberry service center - Thane, he told me i will get my phone repaired after 20 days ! I am extremely pissed of with such kind of service from Blackberry :( :|
