The usual :

Download only what u cant find on a public tracker, seed there if possible else seed forever what you download from there.

The best approach is to download:

(1) a small file --> Cos when u r done with the dwload, yur ratio won't take a hard hit. You can seed back n build up yur ratio gradually.

(2) a file with lots of leecher --> Will be a lot easier to seed back when u finish dwloadin'.

As for other tips/guides i'm sure u can find them in their forum. Nways good luck.
