hey a net connection but lot of friends are hogging it's bandwidth by using torrents how do i block the from downloading using torrents

use open dns
block "p2p sharing sites" through filter settings
Set up OpenDNS on your router so the filtering setting remain unchanged even after changing dns in the window
download ip address updater if u have dynamic ip address
and also block "Proxy/Anonymizer" so they can't bypass the filtering
