Storage Solutions Blu-ray writer suggestion

hi, i have a airtel 4 mbps connection, and since long i have been downloading media contents, my external hdd is full so is the internal, what i was thinkin is instead of buying another hdd i would invest on a bluray writer which can burn atleast 15-20 gb data in a single disk. Please suggest some cost effective and vfm bluray writers easily available.
