Can anyone suggest me anything. Is my hard disk at fault.

What were you doing when you got this error?

Whats the last time you installed?

Run the Memory Diagnostic & HD Diagnostic

Also run System Integrity Checker

Start > Run > CMD >Right Click and Run as administrator > SFC/ SCANNOW

also upload your dmp file from that location C:\Windows\Minidump\050211-23665-01.dmp

@Op

This type of problem generally comes when the boot sector of your hdd gets some bad sectors. Reinstalling the OS temporarily solves the issue but again same thing reoccurs.

Have you tried using scandisk to check if there is any bad sector on your hdd?

@sanjukoli

If you want, I can check out the Minidump for you. They are very small in size (few KB's only) and you will be able to send in email.

Well I checked them out...

Seems like a memory issue. By the way what is your full system configuration. Most of the errors occur when you access the network. Try with IE...can you.
