Blue Screen - While playing games

My friend's computer hangs whenever he plays any games- like Medal of honor, NFS-hot pursuit.... The error message is some thing like " memory referenced at "xyz..." pointing to "abc..." cud not be read. He says, while playing some times the game freezes and after 4-5 seconds it continues. The BSdeath telling "win32k.sys" pblm and like. Obviously he has to restart the computer.

He is having Asus A8N-VM CSM with 2x512 hynix rom + AMD 939 Venice. The bios version is 0403..(latest one is 070x) not updated. The nvidia drivers is 8.35.

He complained that he culd not plat "Medal of Honour" not more than 5 min after starting the game. :huh:

The temps of proc is 54 deg.C & mb is 51 deg.C. He did not overclock and runnnig at stock speed. googling doesn't help. He needs ...I need help from u Techencians
 
hmmm i used to have this problem due to memory...... try playing with one stick at a time.....could be a slot problem as well (memory slot)
