Bluedart shipment

Does anyone knows what does shpiment redirected mean, in the tracking of the bluedart? It doesn't show where it has been redirected and the CC has absolutely no idea, they just seem to forward an email template in reply without giving any info of the redirect.

@Cloud-S bluedart tracking $ucks. They keep updating random status, they are generally good in delivering stuff on time.
