Book recommendation for Android development

I want to write an android app and am looking for books to get started. I program for a living, so need one that assumes programming experience.

Would you prefer video tuts?

I normally follow the tuts, make what they make and later try to extend, adding various features. (That's what did while learning Ruby on Rails )
