Booting issues in Win7 & Win XP

HI,
I have the following Configuration wrt OS installation:
3 HDD's:
HDD1 :: 160 GB: Win 7
HDD 2:: 160 GB : DATA
HDD 3:: 320 GB: Win XP

Now in BIOS I have selected Booting HDD order as HDD1 --> HDD2 --> HDD3

Problems:
1. Sometimes the Screen just gets stuck at BIOS logo screen & does not go to booting stage. HDD light is continiously ON at this stage
2. When system boots into WIN7 , I get this error msg:
- Fatal Error something went wrong FACP, Click to continue booting
on continuing booting sometimes it boots successfully but most of the times system again restarts, the whole BIOS thing starts hapenning again

3. Sometimes I get this messgage during booting to Win7 :
- Could not find tables to make necessary adjustments etc.

While booting to Win XP it asks for SAFE Mode & sometimes boots successfully .

Have tried reinstalling Win XP & Win 7 Multiple times but same condition everytime.
Also have changed the MotherBoard Battery & All SATA Cables

Please Help Guys....

Not sure if you have the same issue but see if this link helps -

You could also consider switching your your booting order from
HDD1 --> HDD2 --> HDD3
to
HDD1 --> HDD3 --> HDD2.

Might be a good idea to also check with another PSU if possible.

Another thing you can try is physically disconnect HDD3 and see if Win 7 starts okay. Try the same by disconnecting HDD1 & 2 and see if XP boots properly.

If you do manage to get into either Win 7 or Win XP, immediately head over to the Event Viewer and check the logs for errors/warnings.

If none of the above works, it could well be a Mobo issue. The only way to find out is by trial and error. Good luck...

No need to keep hdd2 in boot loop if it is not a bootable disk. i.e. no os installed on it.

Also try to boot with just one drive connected and try to update the BIOS. BTW: which motherboard do you have?
