I want to get this for my brother, is mP4nation reliable? I own the hm3 which i like a lot, i purchased on amazon, i think this is even a better deal than what i paid for it. What is chance of tax and who must pay? I am worried about the tax as i don't want my parents to have to pay, i am in us right now for studies so i can't go and pay the tax myself.

Mp4nation is a reliable site ,just get the 2 day FedEx shipping at the time of checkout.Usually they undervalue their items and mark it as a gift. Regarding customs it is a matter of luck all the time in which you may or may not be lucky at times and you can't do anything to it.Usually FedEx will pay the customs in case and you have to pay the charges at the time of delievery. I am myself looking for pre-order hm5 at $99 last month but it didn't happen due to some other things.I would say go for it if you already like your hm3. :)
