Time And again I Have Been Seeing That People Like Products Like Thermalright 120 Extreme ,the Core Contact Freezer Etc etc All These Fan Designs Push The CPu Air Out of the back of the case .Does a Design Like Killer whale that Blows Air On the Motherboard Help In Better cooling .Might Be some People Have Tried This Earlier .

Yeah, a push down HSF helps in cooling the components near the CPU. Not much of an issue with most boards having heat pipe based mobo cooling, but good for non-heatpipe boards.

Edit: That size HSF blowing down should be good for the RAMs too.
