No, Klick was selling a software unlocked, no accessories, refurbished aka repaired phone.

The phone I am selling is FACTORY UNLOCKED, BRAND NEW and WITH ACCESSORIES.

Thats not true chaztin. This phone is mine, got directly from the dealer. Never has anyone sold a factory unlocked on this forum AFAIK. Also, the purchase date is in OCTOBER, have proof.
