up for sale is a brand new Canon A1200 digicam which i got as a gift but not willing to use it, opened the seal just to check contents . comes with CD, data cable and a set of AA batteries

Again you also are assuimg over there that warranty card maybe enuf to claim warranty , warranty card is enuf to claim warranty from date of import and that too also if its stamped by a authorized dealer.
