What you sent HDD is defective, I want refund, You mentioned as " Brand New" it considerable used and after facing problem you SOLD
 
It has been 3 months since thread is going but it was new ,yesterday i called you and you told me that drive was working but it was slow and you wanting to rma the drive and today you are changing tunes,sorry you have to rma it from iomega ,I cannot help In anything as i did not provide any warranty from my side and you did not say anything yesterday .
 
I am unable Create RMA, "I think" to Generate RMA First we have to make registration, then only you can create RMA.

Have you registered the HDD ? how to confirm left warranty ?
