Naah. Its only wifi version.

The 3G version hasnt been launched still.

Its a second version of galaxy tab minus the 3G and voice support. It's very nicely built.

yeah. thats the product. but mine is gt-3113
and ir blaster is a thing which provides u feature to control ur home devices like lcd,dvd, etc via this tablet acting as universal remote.
i can share my personal experience regarding it, it works on my sony bravia as well as samsungtv , but requires a active wifi connection always.
