broadband blues!

hi!
i live in delhi, i wuz using MTNLs Triband internet connection, but a week ago i disconnected the connection.i called up Airtel guys for the broadband connection of 128 unlimited but they said that there is no connectivity iin my area ..:( ..i just dont know which connection should i go for..i feel so helpness now that even being in south delhi i feel like i live in some village..please suggest any alternative....

this is what the problem with airtel is... though they have best broadband service but availability /coverage is too low.... they are biased as in they prefer setting up lines where they have max. benefit like apartments....

i had to face same problem.... had to satisfy myself with sify in the last... the worst isp in the world (though no bad experience till now, may be my local dealer is good)

hope you get something better... go for tata or hotwire then...
 
yup try tata indicom , else i have even see hatway internet in south delhi .. though am not sure are they are as bad as they were in mumbai some years ago.
 
hathway people block ports.... you wont be able to download torrents.... and they dont open it even on saking... so dont waste money on hathway...

in ordr of prference according to me :

airtel > tata indicom > mtnl (only 1000 plan best otherwise plan sucks) > hotwire (speed slow than what plan commits) > sify (service depends on your local dealer) > hathway
 
thx a lot for all the prompt replies...okay then i think i have to go for Tata indicom coz sifi is also not available in my area...can you suggest soome plans c my budget is 800 max and 128 kbps will do for me ...

i will go for tata indicom ..but i just checked their site it showed around 1000 for post paid ..but are u talking about prepaid connection for 3 months....
