Hi,
I am residing in Pune and have been using Tata Broadband 2mbps connection since last 9 months.. But recently as i had to change my residence, i wanted to transfer same connection to my new residence.
Now even though i migrated more towards the core of the city and the area is older than my previous residence, i was surprised to hear that they don't have feasibility in my society.
Now i already have 1300Rs and 2 months left on my validity.. Plus all the Night Unlimited on 2mbps :|
Now i am confused as to what should i do. I don't think i can get the refund of that amount (obviously) so how can i use my balance or validity ? Can i trade it with anybody here.. I mean its just user ID and pass right..?
