Broadband for basic task (email, googling only). Plz suggest isp - urgent

Hello guys

Want to have BB connection for my shop where usage is only googling, email, etc.
. Is there a good ISP which gives UL for cheap . Budget is strictly 250-300 bucks. If there is no other option I have an idea to go for the 250 Rs plan under BSNL which is limited to 1gb. But I had a very bad experience with BSNL once and switched over to airtel. So plz suggest me a good ISP guys.

go for airtel,reliance

I know that the 250 bucks one is limited to 1gb . But if there is no UL connection within the 250 range, then what to do ?. There is no other way and have to stick on to the limited connection only...
