Broadband for Downloading at banglore.

Guys i just shifted to banglore near to my office at electronic city.
Now am staying at Hosa road as a PG...so i dont have a fixed line like bsnl .
I am looking for a good internet plan for both downloading and browsing.
my budget is limited to around 700 per month.
please reccomend a good net plan with no FUP....
i need a speed around 512kbps...
i will be using P2P for downloading games n movies......

so please suggest a good tarrif plan.... expecting replies from Banglr guys...

512kbps in Bangalore within Rs 700/-...forget about it...best is Airtel if feasibility is there in your area...else go with Tata Indicom or Relaince Wi-Max...

even tata wimax is 1100+tax for 500kbps(area dependent, might go upto 3 mbps) with 70Gb data download!!
