broadband in delhi

wanting to get change my ISP since a long time , i would most probably changing to Reliance Wireline Broadband .
currently i am on the mtnl (599 + 50 ) + ST plan .
is reliance broadband a good choice in west delhi ?

or i should stick to MTNL .

with mtnl i am only getting speeds till 450 kbps on 512 kbps plan .
 
i have FAILtel and i am sick of it now !!!! cant DL from torrents n i have connect disconnect problem which i have been facing for months now and i dont know what has happened to their CC !! even i am thinking to switch to either MTNL or spectranet !! any suggestions

MTNL FTW , although pings are not that great , but if there is a plane that suits your need , get it .

Ps - Expect 90-105% speed of the plan chosen , nothing more or less .
