PC Peripherals Broke My Corsair H50, Upgrade Advise Needed

Hello Folks,

So last night I broke my H50's pipe in process of remounting since I thought of re applying my AS 5 TIM to get better temps. Would be helpful if you'll can advise which one should I get, My confusion in choices are Noctua NH D14 or Corsair H70(which actually has movable pipes).

Also If this thing can be repaered or something? just curious... Its still under warranty however that kind of damage happened will not be covered AFAIK.

So kindly pour in your valuable advise for my CPU COoler Issue..

pleaes find Pics of my Cooler which spilled out the liquid, thank god it didnt spread more on the Board etc...
 
It can be repaired, but to refill you need a fill port or a res. All you need is 1/4" tuning and zip tirs along with a T joint.
 
this is a bit weired, before when i had h50 installed the windows logo took 1 sec to appear and go, and now im seeing the windows logog appread for 15 seconds atleast before landing to the desktop...any take on this?
