hi all,
i have fax 2480c multifunction device with me.
it was not functional for one month or so.
i finally took it to pune and got it repaired.
when i got it home and reassembled,i realised its not printing black colour as expected.only half text is printed.
now i went on cleaning and all.but no luck.
i spoke with service people ,
according to them,its dead due to inkjet .
ink has dried off in print head and they suggest changing printhead and cost is approximate 6000 or so.
now for 3 yrs old 3000 rs machine,its ridiculus price for printhead.
what you all suggest?
