There have been some random issues i have seen while opening some php files. When i open some links in any browser ( tried it with Firefox and IE ) , if the requested file is a .php or some file which requires preprocessing , the browser prompts to either open or save the file. I have seen this on imageshack links and many other reputed site. Reputed in the sense that we assume they have fairly good cofigurations.
Is this issues to deal with php not able to process the file completely? I have seen this issue on my servers also, but that was when i was experimenting with the apache config file. Saw it a couple of times on imageshack also. I will try to post a screenie as soon as i encounter another one.
And since this is not browser dependent can we be sure that is server issue ? or some network problem?
