Browsing center starting Query???

Is starting a browsing center in chennai is good business???

Does we need any license to start net cafe???

Pls help me!!!!
 
It isn't a commercially viable idea UNLESS you are planning to offer additional services like PC gaming, doc. print/scan etc.

Prerequisites:

1. A decent cabin layout, pleasing ambience

2. Good management

3. Minimum 512Kbps connection

4. Decent PCs !

Bear in mind, with most people having internet connections at home, it's the remaining few you'll be looking to attract.
