I didn't know is this correct place to post.
My mobile is nokia 5800, and i request to gprs unlimited 13 for 3 days. i get the message tha the plan is activated message. But the amount is still deducted from my account. i changed my network settings Dual mode, UMTS and GSM for checking purpose. but still the amount is deducted.
The Customer call center says only the word "Please wait for 24 hrs" every day. the 2 days are over.
I used there APN "bsnlnet" and "bsnllive"
What can i do, is there any solution?
