Bsnl 3g speed through mobile

I have nokia 5800xm phone from which i use my 3g bsnl net on my laptop...
I heard earlier that the speeds are slow when u use net through phone on pc..
but i'm getting minimum of 1.5 mbps..peaks 3 mbps..
Torrent downloads @ 200-250kBps
I have connected my phone through USB cable(provided by nokia)...
 
You are getting good speeds, which is pretty much normal for a HSDPA enabled phone. I don't see any problem there. Are you worried you are getting better speed? :P

Could you please provide your apn settings? I'm Chennai, but not getting the speeds as that of you. Thanks
 
^ The apn is bsnlnet. I am using it in Chennai too and I get 3-3.5 mbps steady most of the time! :)

I am also using nokia 5800xm to connect to internet (BSNL 3g) through OVI suite. But it shows only 460.8kbps...

Is there something missing. I have the latest versions installed...?
Any help?
