Well I have been having this problem for some time now. I regularly check my broadband account usage since I have just 1GB download limit on the 250 plan that I was given by the BSNL ppl despite asking for the Home 500 plan.
Now I have been having this issue about once every week or more, whenever I login to check my usage, somehow I automatically get logged in with some other user's Portal ID .This is really unacceptable and actually alarming, since it also means that others can possibly get accidentaly get logged on to my (or anyone else's) account and then use it to change the password, since the page to change the password does not even require the current password for changing the password .
This shows gross incompetence on the part of BSNL and needs to be rectified immideately. I don't really know what to do about it, so thought it would be a good idea to post it here, and ask if the same has been happening with others on this forum too ..
I am not expert on the matter but i guess this could be caused if some user does not log off, and my browser somehow "picks up" right where the other user "left off" ......I would like to know reasons for the above, and if possible, any ways to avoid it.
Here are the screenshots of the BSNL account management page of some BSNL user whose account I accidentaly logged into today.
