For 400-500 bucks more they can get an RS account/seedbox and don't need to worry about losing bandwidth. What I'd be more worried about with no FUP is disk space. With an 8Mbps connection and at just about 10 hours of download daily you end up downloading 1Tb per Month costing you 4-4.5k a month just for storage!
Some people say they'll only stream stuff or watch files immediately and then delete them, well I don't see this happening practically.

The only way to put an end to this is to source usage statistics of people from Sweden,Japan,South Korea etc. and see how much they actually use on a monthly basis.

an extra 400-500 rupees is a lot for quite a few people, especially when they can avoid it by using torrents instead of rapidshare.

i've got a 2mbit unlimited connection from Airtel and i pay 2.5k a month. my FUP limit is 100 gigs and i've never hit that so far... but i'm pretty sure i cross 50gigs easily.

i hardly download movies or tv shows these days. anything and everything i wanna watch, i stream. no hard disk space or buffering issues.

Hey kauzy, you seem to have a pretty fat pipe over there, how much is your average bandwidth usage on a monthly basis?

i hardly download anything.. can't stream online coz i need a TV licence.. i use it for basic purposes such as skype n chatting.. lolz :P
