BSNL BB Usage url defunct?

I used to use a hardcoded URL to check my BSNL BB Usage (well, what else to expect from BSNL) which was http://172.30.19.38/bsnlfup/usage.php

It used to work well until a few weeks ago - Now it pops an error message stating "
You must log on before accessing your account. Click to view the portal page and log on."

Needless to say. the portal page returns a 404 (BSNL after all!)
question for BSNL users - Have you found any alternative way to check usage/topup

For western (Pune) I visit selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in , similarly for east/north/south the "wdc" part changes to edc, ndc, sdc I believe, tried that? It's not direct usage page but more like a portal for checking usage, submitting complaints etc.[DOUBLEPOST=1463286863][/DOUBLEPOST]It does not have topup or remaining quota info IIRC just how much has been consumed so far, and that too it's rarely updated promptly.

What circle /state ?
A simialr URL used to work in Pune till last month but the page now returns an error (asks User to login but the login link returns a 404)[DOUBLEPOST=1464013079][/DOUBLEPOST]
