BSNL Broadband and ping issues !

Hi Guys!

From last month i have been seeing this with everyone using BSNL, we play cs1.6 online and earlier we used to get 50-60 pings in V-street servers but now because of VSNL uplink issues we get around 300 pings....admins at V-street saying this is VSNL's fault and they will repair it soon...but its been 1 month and no improvement.....but on IGL Servers we get 50-60 ping...

so i wanted to know, what can be done? any way to inform vsnl about the same and get this correct?

I recently changed to BSNL. Even I am getting high latency while playing CS online I recently changed to BSNL.

I am loving this hehe.
Sure pings to local servers are screwed but Singapore TF2 servers are pinging below 100 and European LFS servers below 150 .

this is mainly due to the sucking VSNL (TATA Communication servers) and bad routing from bsnl part...and the best part is, no one in bsnl seems to understand the problem, let alone solving it.....really sad...
