I have the Night UL 500CP plan.
My daily day usage is very low and I am quite sure that I have not exceeded the 2GB limit.
The bill this time is around Rs 5k.
The selfcare portal registration page is not found on their website, where you check your usage and therefore I am not able to check how they have billed this much.
Is there anything that I can do now?
Also, is there any unstated rule that you need to restart your modem after 2am and restart again before 8 in order to use the night data free?
Another thing, somewhere on the forum I read that if the bill is too high they can convert the plan to UL 750 and you have to pay Rs 750 for the month in which the bill was too high, something like that?
