BSNL Broadband Extremely Low Speeds for international hosted sites.d/l speed:1.77mbps

I am facing Slow Speeds from past few days(in Cochin).I'm on Home500 2mbps Plan.

I tried Speedtest and Found Speeds are very low only for International US/EU Hosted Sites?

Here's My Speedtest Results pinging Mumbai server(from Cochin):



Good Speeds!But, In Reality I am facing very slow speeds ~10kbps like speeds in browser.May be that Most Sites are Hosted in EU&US?

EDIT: OK SOMEHOW completed speedtest with us host:



But, When I tried Speedtest with a US Server, The Test was extreme slow and Failed to Complete after few seconds

Think BSNL NIB is Surely Facing Connectivity issues.

Anyone Else Faces this Issue?

I face that problem every now and then !!
In fact I am on combo 900 where in the speed is 4 Mbps for first 8 GB even then I face this problem
BSNL sucks

When will India ever see high speed unlimited Internet with no capping ! 4Mbps is awesome but the limit isn't 8Gb seriously

But, For Me this problem has started coming up from only few days.may be from 27th September or So.But, I get full Speeds Sometimes mostly in the Early morning Times(once in a while).
