BSNL Broadband Frequent disconnection problem

Hi,

I m facing the problem of frequent disconnection.

Lan light & ADSL light of modem goes off simultaneously.mostly it happens in morning.

This problem is not consistent, it goes automatically sometimes for a days & again comes for some days.

Another problem is many times both of light's are on ,but i couldn't surf.

Both of light just blinks for some intervals.

For both problems i have to reboot modem for several times.

I use

XP -sp2

modem- Dlink GLB- 502T
