BSNL Broadband Funny problem

Ok i have been having this funny weird issue on my BSNL Broadband. It disconnect every midnight (12.00 Sharp) and reconnects itself after 1 hr. that is 1.00 AM . I am on 850 Per month / 512 KB plan ( 2 mbps upto 8 gb and 512 thereafter). Has any one of you guys using BSNL faced the same issue ?
 
My mtnl Mumbai to disconnects at 12 in the night. And reconnects at a faster speed at 1204 am . I'm on 999 unlimited plan .

Few times I noticed it disconnected and reconnected within 5 mins, no speed change. But now it takes 1 hr exactly to reconnect
 
It shouldn't take an hour to reconnect. Check with other users in your area/building. Try switching it off before 12 midnight and switch on manually after 12.05. If it still connects after 1 AM then you have to raise a complaint.

Regarding the MTNL disconnections, it will always disconnect if a speed change is required based on your plan. Also, it will automatically disconnect every 6 hours of continuous connection.

In MTNL too it disconnects when speed is supposed to be change. Also i have noticed in MTNL that the speed increase usually happens half an hour before the actual time it is supposed to happen. Like under my plan, in day time i get 512 kbps and at 6 Pm it goes to 1 Mbps but for me it happens around 5:30 Pm.
 
My MTNL plan (~Rs.400/month) is like...
8AM - 6PM : 512kbps
6PM - 12AM : 1Mbps
12AM - 8AM : 2Mbps

It disconnects at these speed change times... not checked speed changes 0.5hr before or not...
