BSNL Broadband giving Dial-Up speeds

BSNL Broadband is giving Dial-Up speeds. I am supposed to get around 50-60kBps but getting like 5kBps

Any bsnl broadband people facing same problem?

Check SNR Margin, attenuation. If possible get line and port change by exchange. Find below speed test result of HM 500 plan@ Moga (Punjab)

I'm not facing a low speed problem, but i'm facing high pings, and all websites only tend to open 7/10 times.

I am also facing similar issues from last few days, the speeds are really low and browsing is slow.

why does this come as surprise to you guys ... we are using BSNL ! never consistent

Im using BSNL broadband, download speeds are ok but browsing is really slow.
Youtube, etc. feeds take hell lot of time buffering.

Plan is 750/- unlimited.

i too hav been getting 2-3kbps download speed for the past 2 weeks.i am on the 750ul pplan.i was told by the cc people that 750ul will be getting these speeds from now on.am planning to switch to airtel

yea, speeds back to normal both on broadband & 3G, guess they were upto something and keeping my fingers crossed.
