[BSNL broadband] High Latency and poor network performance(16Apr 2010)

Hi,
Since yesterday.I am suffering from Low speeds, high pings on all major sites like google,facebook etc. can't view any youtube video without buffering. speeds on torrents are also kinda low.

some packet loss is notices too:no:

it seems bsnl's network pipe is chooked and running over capacity. anyone else facing the same issue?

I am also facing similar issues this month. This is all due to the free double bandwidth offer BSNL is giving this month, the speeds while downloading files or torrents is good, but browsing speed sucks big time, sites are slow in opening, its bad
