BSNL Broadband - Speeds slow since yesterday

Is anyone else facing a really slow connection on dataone since yesterday? Also a lot of sites are not working for me. Just wanted to know if this is a local problem or others are also facing the same problem.

My connection's in Bihar. When I call the local helpline they just say problem upar se hai. When I asked them why God would mess with Bihar's broadband they just hung up.
