Last Saturday I applied for BSNL GPRS. Now my HTC Touch(Windows mobile 6) has started showing "E" icon on desktop, which means "Edge is available", but BSNL has not sent any setting to connect it.
I am BSNL cellone postpaid user. I also tried contacting customer care, but I am not able to get through.
