Reasons:
1)Customer Service :Afterall it is another Govt Service(NO Service).
2)
Billing System :I was using there Home 250 plan.as expected the my came down from 2500(2 month bill) to 920(1 month bill) .but next month it shooted up to 4600.
In their Bill under BB Plan rent charges from
NU :2142 FOR may 2006 Rs2999.00
adding insult to injury they(customer care) could not even tell what this was!!!!!!!!!!.
By Luck i registered for Airtel.they have Rs250 plan too.though it will become Rs300 after three months.moreover for Rs49 more its NIGHT UNLIMITED (9:00 pm - 8:00am compared to bsnl's 9:00pm - 8:00am on home500 plan) and their customer support is the greatest.
