Using this service, you can use an app on your smart phone to make and receive calls through your landline, free of cost. The only condition is that you need to be on a BSNL broadband. They will allocate you a new number for this service as well.

Also, they are offering static IP at no extra charge through this scheme. FMT will work only inside your home / office or, as long as you are within your BSNL wifi range

Airtel offers free unlimited calls for it's broadband users for Rs.100 I think. Not sure BSNL has something like that. BSNL has to bring out plans that could sustain and interest customers.
