BSNL modem not detected...

:huh: :huh: Hi guys I need some help..
I am unable to configure my bsnl modem in windows 7 rc version...Can you tell me how to go about doing it... I have tried to use the bsnl provided cd but it says modem is not detected...The same problem happened in windows xp and so I directly installed the ppoe client (iti modem)...However in windows 7 ppoe client is unable to detect the network adapter..
Any suggestions are welcome..

dont use cd to configure the modem.better configure the modem manually.

are you trying to connect through usb or lan?

for lan connection i dont think drivers are required...
