I'm using Dataone on a UT-300R2U modem. After having connection problems for days, I decided to check my modem settings. I found that it cannot remember my user name and password every time it reboots (due to monsoon, power failures are quite common) It's quite irritating having to re-enter them every time this happens.
Also, the reset button doesn't seem to work anymore.
What should I do?
