[BSNL] Nokia Siemens Wireless Router 1600

Router - Nokia Siemens 1600 [Wifi + 4 LAN]
Connection - 512UL

Problems -
1) Someone picks up the phone, the ADSL goes off and starts blinking --> Net Stops Working...and then starts working after a minute or so.

2) I have a Laptop and a Desktop.
Laptop uses Wifi and PC is connected Through LAN Cable.
So if I am using the net in my Desktop PC, the the Net doesnt work in the Laptop i.e The Dialer gets stuck at "Connecting through WAN Miniport..."

Check how your phone and modem is connected. Your phone line should go into the splitter first then you should connect your phone and modem to the respective splitter output. Usually connecting your phone (or a parallel phone) to the phone line before the splitter creates this type of problem. Also, check whether your splitter is O.K by swapping it with another.

BTW you can call the telephone people, they will come to your plae and sort it out.
 
The Net is connected through a splitter and it is working fine.

The ADSL is kinda stable at times.

The problem is that i am not able to use internet in more than 1 pc at a time.

Now the connection works perfectly.

The Wireless+Wired connection works simultaneously.

AND the net finally works on my Nokia E71 & E51.
 
i had same problem before but i don't know how it got disappeared after connecting a wireless router to the whole setup:ashamed:
