BSNL plan change query

My parents have applied for a plan change only yesterday morning from Home 250 to Combo 500. The lady there have said the plan change will be done by EOD as its month end.

And today it has reflected in the portal.

Has the plan really changed in one day. I cant believe it is it safe to go ahead with the downloads

yes,it is changed

if the change is made on 10th of a month or 30th ,they only change the plan on 1st of next month..so you can go on a download spree at night

Thanks for the confirmation. Though the system is at my parents place I am stuck with 256kbps airtel
