BSNL/VODAFONE ISP ip address list

I want to obtain the ip address blocks assigned to BSNL and VODAFONE to setup my firewall. Something like this http://postmaster.comcast.net/dynamic-IP-ranges.html

Care to elaborate? You have some services running behind the fw which you only want to provide to bsnl/vf customers?

Yup that's right. Want to whitelist the ip addresses which can access my firewall.

Use pfblocker-NG package and setup India block. In pfSense 2.2 and above. For 2.1 and below - pfblocker.

Have a look at the prefixes associated with the ASNs of both the providers.

BSNL http://bgp.he.net/AS9829#_prefixes (wherever it says "BB")
VF http://bgp.he.net/AS38266#_prefixes (wherever it says GPRS probably)
