BSNL woes

ok i just got my bsnl 500plan today the speeds are fine but iam not able to access some sites like animemangafun ,rapidshare and some sites as well please help when i use proxy's like ginger proxy i was able to access the website but i cudnt watch any videos please help
 
get into your router settings page by entering 192.168.1.1 in your address bar...now there will be a option to enter your preferred and alternate dns servers...members using bsnl will be able to help you out more since i'm a triband customer and i have a different router than the one you have...once you get the dns option...change the values to these...

after disabling the firewall i was able to acces the sites well i got that solved

i've another question if i play tf2 or any other multiplayer games will it get counted by my download limit
 
i didnt get any user name or password from bsnl after switching over to them

How The hell am i supposed to check my usage???
 
It's probably saved in your router which they configured for auto login.
Usually they jot down the user/pass on the routers' box, check there.
 
i dunno about bsnl but for mtnl ppl the username is the telephone no. whereas the password is the c/a no...prolly even the bsnl counterpart has the same...not sure though...
