bsod when gamesare loading viahduaa.sys

i have the computer of following config

1gb ddr2 667mhz ram
e6600
8800gt

nothing is oced but whenever a game is almost at the point fo finishing loading suddenly a bsod appears and when i checked the memory dump using windbg tool it says it was caused by viahduaa.sys which is drivers for my sound card ive tried upating my drivers and even given a try a clean isntall of drivers also please help whenever i turn of sound i my games the problem seems to get rectified please help :@

Audio driver seems to be reinstalled with a newer version.
