Well, it's not really that big of a deal, hehe :bleh:
I'm Gautham, your typical geek. I'm 19 years old and I live in Hyderabad. I recently bought a PC (only the CPU, since I had the remaining hardware). During my research, I felt the need for some guidance. Unfortunately, I rushed and settled for a mediocre system. For example, I could've gotten a better mobo instead of my stupid Intel one which gives me almost no room for any overclocking whatsoever... :Comp3:
Anyway, I decided I won't make the same mistake with my graphics card. I spend about 20 days researching like crazy and I finally had to settle for a low power Sparkle 9800GT (due to budget reasons).
Thing is, TE didn't come into picture. It was only recently when I was browsing the net for case mods I came across this wonderful site. You know, having so many people from the same country to discuss tech matters is really something, because we'll all know exactly what we are talking about and we are all aware of the availability and practicality of what we discuss.
EDIT: Oh, how rude of me. I didn't specify my PC stats. Here goes:
Motherboard: Intel DG41RQ
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400
Memory: 2 x 2GB RAM (DDR2 @ 800MHz)
Graphics Card: Sparkle GeForce 9800GT (Model: SX98GT512D3G-VM)
Harddisk: Seagate ST3500418AS (500GB)
Optical Drive: LG DVD Rewriter (Model: GSA-H44N)
Monitor: Samsung SyncMaster 753s (17 inch CRT)
Keyboard: TVS Gold (Generic 104 Keys Keyboard)
Mouse-1: Logitech Optical PS2 Mouse (I use this for precise work like Photoshoping.)
Mouse-2: Quantum Optical USB Mouse (Mostly for general work, it's crude, but fast.)
Speakers: Logitech S100 Black
Gamepad: PS2 clone for PC
Cabinet: Zebronics Calyx
