Yes, the Asrock B650E Steel Legend is a solid motherboard. But you will be spending 8k(more than 50%) more for that board over the Asus TUF B650M Plus Wifi board. Unless you want the PCIE-Gen5 slots, or the extra VRAM to upgrade to something like the 9950X, you are better off with the Asus one. Also, with the latest set of issues of Asrock Motherboards frying 9000 series X3D processors, they ain't looking too good.

Actually i was thinking that ,but looking at pricing it's waay overpriced if I could get hands on used stuff it would be great

I won't upgrade right now but i can do upgrades on this mobo in future right with more advanced gpu and cpu also rams are cl36 ,cl30 and cl30 difference won't make difference? Also the mobo you suggested almost costing 15k for a Mini itx better isn't this better for just 3k more ,i missed asrock b650 pro rs for 14k on Flipkart yesterday i just saw but someone purchased it within 2 mins
It's fine buying used if you are really getting a deal. Like half the price or something, for 10-20% off it's not worth it especially if its a motherboard because a lot of things can go wrong with the motherboard since its such a complex piece of a component.

If you are planning on upgrading to a 9800X3D in the future (like in a year or two) then sure get a good high end motherboard. RAM speed matters more in processor intensive applications/games, since you will be gaming at 4k no game will put enough pressure on the processor to make a difference. CL = Cas latency (TLDR: the lower the number the better the performance)
There exists motherboards like ASUS ROG Strix B760-I. I read what you wanted out of a motherboard and listed a motherboard that good for the money that's all.

Delivered yes, but it was damaged, the top right side of the motherboard had broken off and the remaining portion had bent pins.

The top right from the fan header till the EPS 24pin header was bent or broken.

Absolutely pissed with it but what can you expect from these shitty stores.

1. The box was in bad shape
2. Sealed with cello tape.

The delivery guy captured a few shots of the damage and I rejected the delivery.

I can't post in the relevant thread - https://techenclave.com/threads/flipkart-deals-and-discounts-2025.224529/page-5#post-2603766, maybe someone else can on my behalf.

Anyway, the socket was fine but the board was damaged due to extremely rough handling by their staff.

Ordering from Flipkart is like playing Russian Roulette with just one chamber unloaded.

Issue with open box delivery is that if you somehow missed something, a broken component or something that was glued or whatnot, you can not request a refund or replacement. They will simply deny it because it was an open box delivery and you checked the item was in expected condition.
