PC Peripherals Budget case (<3k) with minimal dust build up?

Any suggestions on budget cases (less than 3k) that do not have excessive mesh holes and fans which would lead to dust build up?
 
Dust build up on the cloth covering the mesh holes on my PC case. So probably because of that less dust gets inside the case. Lian Li case. It's not less than 3k though. I think there are well ventilated cases around 4k on Amazon, so they would be around 3k in shops.

I tried blocking all the meshes with card board but it had a reverse effect. Temps inside went up and also more dust came inside since front intake fan went full speed.

What did you buy?
 
A little off topic, If you dont mind making slight adjustment i suggest you buy the best cabby for airflow, I found the foam that we use for air filter for Rs -20/- a meter and can be cut and installed as per requirements. You can do the same, 1 meter of the foam was enough for my HAF 932.
